Just when I thought I’d found a local roofer in Randwick, Dry Roof Solutions & Property Maintenance Pty Ltd showed their true colours. They took my upfront cash for urgent repairs, then disappeared into thin air. No workers, no contact, leaking roof still untouched after weeks.

Turns out they’ve only been operating in Australia recently with a fake address that doesn’t check out. This is a roaming scam operation taking deposits and vanishing.

This isn’t a business, it’s a ghost operation. And those three perfect 5-star reviews? All self-written.

I foolishly hired Dry Roof Solutions & Property Maintenance Pty Ltd for a roofing repair. They insisted on upfront payment and then vanished without a trace no show-ups, zero responses.

These are scam artists. Don’t be fooled by their three 5-star reviews, which they wrote themselves. Brent Oilley, the owner, posts his own fake praise. Avoid this company at all costs.

These shit people are scammers. Dont even try them. Asked money upfront and not show up. They don’t proper business, can’t get their to their address coz their address is a cafe shop. Dodgy people. Minus star

I could not recommend Dry Roof Solutions as they did not finish the job they had agreed to do. I paid them before the job was finished with the understanding they would come back and complete the work half done.

Decent guys to deal with and prompt, excellent service

Satisfactory job, however no safety equipment in sight for 2 young workers on a double story house. Site could have been left cleaner also.

Fantastic team! They arrived on time and completed the job to an excellent standard. Everything was left clean and tidy, and they even went out of their way to fix issues that weren’t included in the original quote — all without asking for anything extra. Truly reliable and great workmanship!
