DO NOT GO NEAR – RIPPED OFF PENSIONERS. Have far overcharged $10k, and job is absolutely shoddy, needs complete redoing as falling off and didn’t install what they said – painted over existing guttering. Can’t get hold of them to discuss as ignore calls.

I regret for not checking them before as they pulled up to my place in for a quote. While I was busy working in my office, the guy started hitting on my partner at the door telling her she should be his girlfriend and casually mentioning he already has a wife. When I stepped out and told them to leave immediately, they still had the nerve to demand upfront payment before starting the job

Just when I thought I’d found a local roofer in Randwick, Dry Roof Solutions & Property Maintenance Pty Ltd showed their true colours. They took my upfront cash for urgent repairs, then disappeared into thin air. No workers, no contact, leaking roof still untouched after weeks.

Turns out they’ve only been operating in Australia recently with a fake address that doesn’t check out. This is a roaming scam operation taking deposits and vanishing.

This isn’t a business, it’s a ghost operation. And those three perfect 5-star reviews? All self-written.

I foolishly hired Dry Roof Solutions & Property Maintenance Pty Ltd for a roofing repair. They insisted on upfront payment and then vanished without a trace no show-ups, zero responses.

These are scam artists. Don’t be fooled by their three 5-star reviews, which they wrote themselves. Brent Oilley, the owner, posts his own fake praise. Avoid this company at all costs.

I could not recommend Dry Roof Solutions as they did not finish the job they had agreed to do. I paid them before the job was finished with the understanding they would come back and complete the work half done.

Satisfactory job, however no safety equipment in sight for 2 young workers on a double story house. Site could have been left cleaner also.

Fantastic team! They arrived on time and completed the job to an excellent standard. Everything was left clean and tidy, and they even went out of their way to fix issues that weren’t included in the original quote — all without asking for anything extra. Truly reliable and great workmanship!
